Order processing and Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days after receiving payment. Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking and standard delivery drop-off that does not require a signature. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, please get in touch with us before completing your order, as this option may include an additional fee. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage costs. While handling fees remain constant, shipping fees may vary based on the package's weight. For your convenience, we suggest grouping items into a single order, as we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Packaging

We take special care to protect your items, using adequately sized boxes and secure packaging materials. While we prioritize safe delivery, your package is shipped at your own risk.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and if there are any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us.
