BaumBQ started with a simple idea: great BBQ deserves great flavor made with real ingredients.

What began as years of backyard grilling, recipe testing, and feeding family and friends grew into a small Ohio business built around bold rubs, honest ingredients, and flavors people actually remember.

We skip the shortcuts. No filler-heavy blends. No bland dust in a bottle. Just thoughtfully selected spices, homemade brown sugar in select blends, and locally roasted coffee from our friends at Ready Set! Coffee Roasters.

Every bottle is made in small batches with care, consistency, and a little attitude.

From the bold, smoky punch of Cowboy Joe to the clean Texas-inspired profile of Tuxedo Joe, every rub is built to help you make better food whether you're cooking low and slow, firing up weeknight chicken, or turning vegetables into the star of the plate.

BaumBQ was founded in Lakewood, Ohio in 2024 with one goal: create BBQ rubs worth talking about.
