Refund policy

Because BaumBQ products are food items, we cannot accept returns once your order has shipped.

That said, if we mess something up or your order arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery at sean@baumbq.com with your order number and photos if possible.

We’ll review it quickly and make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
