Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
During peak periods, product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carrier partners.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
BaumBQ ships worldwide where permitted by law and carrier availability.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their country.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and customs processing.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout once your order ships.
Delays
While we pack orders quickly, carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or events outside our control.
If your shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email sean@baumbq.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number.
When possible, please include photos of damaged packaging or products.
We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
BaumBQ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
