Welcome to BaumBQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and services, including purchases made through our Shopify-powered store.
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products
BaumBQ sells food products including BBQ rubs, seasonings, and related items.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in color, texture, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not affect product quality.
Product photos are for general reference. Screen settings and devices may affect how colors appear.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and we confirm the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including:
- Product availability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Shipping restrictions
- Duplicate or reseller abuse
If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges required by their country or region.
5. Shipping
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide where permitted by law and carrier availability.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at sean@baumbq.com and we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel an order, email sean@baumbq.com as soon as possible with your order number.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because BaumBQ products are food items, we cannot accept returns once products have shipped.
If there is a problem with your order, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
When appropriate, we may offer:
- Replacement product
- Refund
- Store credit
Examples include wrong item received, damaged shipment, missing items, or significant product issues.
8. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for understanding local import rules regarding food products, spices, and seasonings.
BaumBQ is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or local authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product names, images, graphics, text, and branding, is the property of BaumBQ, LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
